All Pine Solutions is HUBZone Tribal-Owned Small Business serving both federal and commercial customers. We are owned by Penobscot Indian Nation Enterprises (PINE), a §17 Federal Corporation authorized by the Department of Interior, via the 1934 Indian Reorganization Act (25 USC 14, subch. V § 461 et seq.) Originally organized in 2013, PINE tasked the managers of APS to pursue federal government customers seeking information technology and cybersecurity solutions. APS established a solution plan, based on the experience of our managers, with many years in federal contracts, and the tribe’s capacity in technical workforce development and management, project management, outsourcing and consulting
